With over 70-years of boat building history behind it, one of New Zealand’s oldest boat brands and a favourite with Kiwi boaties for generations is entering an exciting new phase.
Haines Hunter is launching its new brand identity, with a refreshed logo, sharp new boat graphics and plenty more to come including an all-new website.
One thing will never change is of course, the brand’s legendary hull design that will continue to deliver a superior ride, stability at rest and exceptional efficiency. In fact – The Ride Just Gets Better!
“Boating - It’s in our DNA – and when it comes to a superb ride on the water, in all conditions, everyone knows Haines Hunter’s have set the benchmark, long ago. In fact, our renowned Deep V hull, with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, has been proven over many decades and models,” says Haines Hunter Director Denis Kendall.
“We’re excited for our customers to see this bold new look for the brand, and to be able to learn about the enhancements we’ve made to the model range.”
Not just happy with changes to the outside of the Haines Hunter look – improvements have been made underneath too.
The new generation design now features a moulded composite PVC foam floor that’s bonded to the hull, creating watertight chambers that deliver reserve buoyancy.
These structural fibreglass composite floors, pioneered by Haines Hunter New Zealand, are not only stronger and lighter than traditional floors, covered in optional soft-touch Ultralon U-Deck panels (or dome and carpet), they are also easy to clean and will look as good as new for years to come.
In addition, electronic displays at the helm have been upgraded and upsized in keeping with the dashboard of an esteemed marque.
But it not only looks smart, it keeps the skipper up to date with critical feedback at a glance. Should customers want to go deep, the ability to fit thru hull transducers on all Haines Hunter models ensures accurate information on all aspects of the water column, be it inner harbour snapper or out wide game fishing.
Finally, the interiors of all models have undergone a significant re-vamp. While the cockpit on board a Haines Hunter will always be practical and workable, updated interior furnishings increase comfort at the same time as providing a stylish new look and feel.
So if you have a passion for boating, maybe it’s time to revisit one of New Zealand’s longest established and most respected brands. Inspired design, breakthrough innovation, unmatched craftsmanship, it truly is one “hull” of a boat. In a Haines Hunter, the ride just gets better!
