It doesn't get much fresher than this. This is a delicious meal for the whole family while out on the water. Make the most of your fresh catch with these yummy Grilled Fish Tacos!
Ingredients:
2 fish fillets (of your choice)
4 small flour or corn tortillas
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 lime, cut into wedges
Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
Salsa or hot sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Grill
If you have a grill on your boat, preheat it to medium-high heat.
2. Season the Fish
Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and season with chilli powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Grill the Fish
Grill the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have grill marks. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
4. Warm the Tortillas
While the fish is grilling, warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side or until they're soft and pliable.
5. Prep the Slaw
In a small bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with Greek yogurt (or sour cream) and the juice of half the lime. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Assemble the Tacos
• Place a grilled fish fillet on each tortilla.
• Top with the coleslaw mixture.
• Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
• Add salsa or hot sauce if you like it spicy.
7. Enjoy it while its hot!
